Effects of Intercropping between Morus alba and Nitrogen Fixing Species on Soil Microbial Community Structure and Diversity

The intercropping of nitrogen-fixing and non-nitrogen-fixing tree species changed the availability soil nitrogen microbial community structure then affected regulation process carbon cycle by microorganisms in an artificial forest. However, there is no consensus on effect microorganisms. In this study, mulberry twigs was completed through pot experiments. Total carbon, total nitrogen, phosphorus rhizosphere were determined, composition visualized PCR amplification 16S rRNA ITS sequencing. analysis found that Morus alba L. Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. had significant pH but significantly increased contents soil. alpha diversity bacterial not significant, evenness fungal (p < 0.05). It also nutrients a within community. This study added theoretical support for effects between diversity.
